The Cocoon studio is located at Rm. 6, 3F., No. 5, Aly. 23, Ln. 91, Sec. 1, Neihu Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan - Home Delivery: The ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Convenience Store Pickup: The ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once you receive a text message notification, you can pick up your order at the designated convenience store.
- Products marked as "Direct Shipment from Supplier" are consigned by the brand. After the order is completed, it will be shipped directly from the brand. The shipping and logistics schedule will follow the regulations of each brand.
Currently, the home delivery service is temporarily limited to counties and cities within Taiwan's main island, and convenience store pickup is based on the options displayed in the system.
