Currently, the home delivery service is temporarily limited to counties and cities within Taiwan's main island, and convenience store pickup is based on the options displayed in the system.

**After payment confirmation:**
- Studio Pickup: The order will be prepared within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once you receive an email notification, you can pick up your order at the Cocoon studio. The Cocoon studio is located at Room 6, 3rd Floor, No. 5, Alley 23, Lane 91, Section 1, Neihu Road, Neihu District, Taipei City (search for "WENS Greenhouse" on the map).
- Home Delivery: The ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Convenience Store Pickup: The ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once you receive a text message notification, you can pick up your order at the designated convenience store.
- Products marked as "Direct Shipment from Supplier" are consigned by the brand. After the order is completed, it will be shipped directly from the brand. The shipping and logistics schedule will follow the regulations of each brand.
